Just Use Best-Value Approach (BVA)". 
Presentation Description: People that you hire to do the work matter. How much time is spent on managing projects where people and teams take up most of the time and still do not provide the desired performance and end-result? The performance and quality on your projects won't be any better than the people and the teams you hire to do the work. The key to identifying high-performing teams is to allow them to leverage their expertise throughout the project cycle, starting from the planning stage. Years of data suggest that high performing teams that are capable of pre-planning and proactively identifying and minimizing risk before it occurs have higher chances of success on a project. Good news is this ability can be measured in the planning phase using BVA allowing managers and decision makers leverage high-performing teams and have realistic expectations of project outcomes. Using real project examples and case studies, this session will help the attendees in learning the BVA to attract and leverage high-performing teams from the best companies.
