Rebecca is one of three workplace well-being advisors for MillerKnoll. She tends to the physical-social-cognitive well-being needs of organizations by focusing on their greatest asset: People. She is a licensed environmental geoscientist and national recognized environmental profession who has led Fortune 50 corporate Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability departments across the corporate spectrum (including AT+T, United Technologies - Raytheon, and Bombardier Aerospace).

In addition to her involvement with the International WELL Building Institute, Rebecca serves as an internal MillerKnoll consultant for WELL Portfolio


She is an Ergonomic Specialist (CEAS) representing MillerKnoll on the International Office Ergonomic Research Committee (OERC). She also serves clients organizationally as a Certified Psychological SAFETY Coach.
